I believe photographs are the closest thing we have to a time machine, carrying us back to the people, places, and moments we thought had passed.
A wedding gallery should hold more than the way everything looked. It should bring back the anticipation before the ceremony, the people gathered around you, and the small moments unfolding beyond where you could see.
I photograph with the whole story in mind. I’ll step in with clear direction when it helps, then give the moment room to become its own.

Akzhana made us feel at ease in front of the camera right away and gave us the guidance we needed without making anything feel regimented. We could focus on each other, get caught up in the moment, and have fun.
